It started with an idea.
I found myself yearning for something greater outside of my day job in information technology. I had worked for myriad companies in this space, and while I enjoyed the work, I wanted to develop skills elsewhere and bring them back to my current role.
I also wanted to help diversify the industry I worked in for so many years. I was tired of being one of few Blacks in the meetings at work, attending the tech conferences, and doing the recruiting so that perception was diversity was present in the organization.
After volunteering to help recruit diverse talent I decided to start my own executive search and recruiting firm. Now, I feed that passion by teaching, coaching, and consulting with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and large corporations. I add value to their ventures and help them create a competitive advantage through helping them find the talent they need to be successful.
